Caring for Wood Bowls
Most of our hand turned wooden bowls are finished with a high friction polish while on the lathe. All of our finishes are food safe products. We recommend hand washing the bowls with mild detergent as needed. Do not submerge the bowls in water, as this may warp the bowls when drying. Hand dry with a dry towel after washing and allow to finish air drying. Apply butcher block oil or conditioner according to package directions as needed to restore finish.
Caring for Charcuterie Boards, Epoxy Boards and Egg Boards
All of our charcuterie boards and egg boards are finished with multiple coats of butcher block oil and conditioner. We recommend hand washing with mild detergent as needed. Do not submerge the boards when washing, as this may warp the boards when drying. Hand dry with a dry towel after washing and allow to finish air drying. Apply butcher block oil and/or conditioner according to package directions as needed to restore finish.
